The SIG business model will be B2G, based on SaaS (Software as a Service), through the licensing and subscription of the platform to municipalities, health departments and other public agencies. Revenue may include monthly fees for using the solution, in addition to deployment, integration, customization, training, and support services.
The average ticket is still being validated and will be defined according to the size of the municipality, volume of data, number of users, necessary integrations and level of customization of the solution. The proposal is to work with scalable plans, allowing services from small municipalities to larger public health management structures.
