Problem
Companies, governments, and organizations use public data, research, forms, and qualitative listening to guide programs for health, well-being, diversity, and impact. However, this information generally remains dispersed, making it difficult to understand how territory, race, gender, health, and socioeconomic conditions influence different groups of women. The PRYA is being developed to investigate how this evidence can be organized and transformed into territorial intelligence useful for more contextualized and preventive decisions.
Solution
We propose to develop a Territorial Intelligence platform that organizes, with consent, information produced by different women in structured digital journeys. The data will be anonymized, aggregated and combined with public indicators on health, territory, and socioeconomic conditions. PRYA seeks to identify patterns and present visualizations that help companies, governments, and organizations understand their audiences, prioritize actions, and direct resources. The solution also provides useful feedback to participants, creating value for those who generate the data and for those who use it in decisions. At this time, we validated the MVP with a minimum digital journey, contextualized listening, and a first aggregated institutional view.
Business model
The initial business model will be B2B and B2G, through Institutional Territorial Intelligence Pilots hired by companies, governments, social organizations and impact initiatives. Each pilot may include defining the challenge, mobilizing the participants, a structured journey, aggregated data processing and analysis, visualization of the main patterns, and institutional recommendations. The initial chance of an average ticket is R$ 40 thousand per pilot, with an estimated range of R$ 30 A thousand and R$ 70 thousand, depending on duration, number of participants, territory and deliverables. After validating the usefulness of the data and the willingness to pay, PRYA may evolve into recurring licensing and indicator monitoring contracts. Both the format and the values will still be tested during the commercial validation of the MVP.
Market
PRYA intends to operate in the global Healthcare Analytics market, estimated at US$ 55,52 billions in 2025 and designed to achieve US$ 166,65 Billions even 2030, with an average annual growth of 24,6%. Within this market, our initial focus is on the generation of territorial intelligence applied to health, well-being, and social conditions that influence different groups of women. The entry will be carried out through institutional pilots, starting with Brazil and then moving on to Portuguese-speaking countries. As an adjoining market, women's global health was estimated at US$ 53,5 billions in 2025. However, at this stage, we use Healthcare Analytics as the main market to avoid overlapping estimates.
Competitors
The main competitors and references are Irth, in the transformation of black women's experiences into information for health institutions; Socially Determined, in the analysis of social and territorial risks; and Unite Us, in the integration of health and care data and outcomes. In Brazil, we compete indirectly with impact consultancies, research institutes, and Health Analytics platforms. The PRYA is still validating its MVP and seeks to differentiate itself through the integration between consenting listening, territorial context and public data, with an initial focus on the experiences of black women and the generation of intelligence for institutional decisions.
Competitive differentiation
The competitive differential proposed by the PRYA is to integrate consenting wiretapping of different women, territorial context, and public data into a single flow of intelligence generation. While Health Analytics platforms work mainly on clinical, demographic, or socioeconomic bases, and qualitative research usually produces specific diagnoses, PRYA intends to connect lived experience with existing indicators to reveal patterns that traditional data, alone, do not show. Another differential is the return to the participants: the proposal does not consider women only as sources of information, but as part of an exchange of value. The same journey must generate useful understanding for them and aggregated evidence for institutional decisions. This differential is still being validated in the MVP, initially with a minimum digital journey and a simple institutional view.
Entry barrier
Our main barrier to entry will be a proprietary and cumulative database of consented data, contextualized by territory, race, gender, health, and socioeconomic conditions — information that is not found in an integrated way in traditional databases. At each journey, PRYA will be able to improve its analysis standards, indicators, and recommendations, creating a learning effect that is difficult to reproduce. This base will be strengthened by the Territory, Leadership, and Well-Living methodology and by the trust necessary to generate qualified information. A new competitor may develop a similar technology, but will need to build, over time, methodology, trust, access to audiences, and historical data. This barrier is still under formation and will be validated with the MVP.
Traction
Yes. PRYA presents initial validation and positioning traction, which is not yet commercial. She completed the SHIFT program, from Djassi Africa, participates in the VBA LAB and the 1st Regenera Challenge, and was selected as the official startup of Web Summit Rio 2026. The navigable MVP is available on prya.life and has a structured plan of 13 actions for the beta. The startup also articulates networks and organizations related to health, women, entrepreneurship, and social impact. At this time, prepare a closed test with 5 the 10 women and the first aggregated institutional visualization. It does not yet have paying customers, recurring revenue, or metrics for the use of the technological product; these are the next indicators to be validated.
