Problem

Godados solves the blind spot of physical operation. Companies such as stores, franchises, schools or distributed units already have cameras recording what happens every day, but these images are hardly data for management. The decision still depends on face-to-face supervision, manual checklists, late reports, reactive NPS, or customer complaints. As a result, queues, bottlenecks, low occupancy, standard failures, operational risks, and loss of productivity only appear when the loss has already occurred. Godados transforms cameras already installed into a continuous source of operational intelligence, generating indicators for operational efficiency; quality and safety; experience and behavior; performance and results. We direct the action that changes the outcome through alerts and predictability. Thus, managers stop operating on guesswork and begin to see what is happening now, with real data from the physical environment. The result will be less loss, more efficiency and control.

Solution

Godados proposes to solve the blind spot of the physical operation using the cameras that the company already has. The platform connects authorized CCTV images and transforms video into continuous operational indicators, generating indicators for operational efficiency; quality and safety; experience and behavior; performance and results. Instead of relying solely on face-to-face supervision, checklists or late complaints, the manager starts to monitor what happens in the operation in real time or through periodic reports. The solution does not require new hardware as a premise: it creates a layer of intelligence over the infrastructure already installed. Thus, companies with stores, franchises, schools or distributed units are able to make decisions with real data from the physical environment, to act before problems are damaged and to improve efficiency, quality, operational safety, experience and performance.

Business model

Godados operates on a B2B SaaS model, with recurring revenue per monthly or annual subscription, combined with paid POCs for commercial validation and initial deployment. The charge may vary per monitored unit, indicator package, number of connected cameras, or complexity of the operation. For commercial entry, the recommended model is to sell a paid POC of 30 the 60 days, including diagnosis, configuration, data analysis, alerts, and executive report. After the POC, the customer migrates to a recurring subscription. The average expected ticket may vary depending on the size: POCs between R$ 5 A thousand and R$ 30 thousand; monthly subscription between R$ 1 A thousand and R$ 5 thousand per unit or operating package; and contracts with larger networks that may exceed R$ 10 Thousand a R$ 50 thousand a month. The focus is on proving ROI with reduced losses, greater efficiency, and operational control.

Market

The global market in which Godados wants to operate is video-based operational intelligence, within video analytics, computer vision and data analysis for physical operations. Recent estimates place the global video analytics market between US$ 11,6 billions and US$ 15,0 billions in 2026, with projections of US$ 24,7 Billions a US$ 37,8 Billions even 2030. In a broader view, the global computer vision market is estimated at US$ 28,2 billions in 2026 and it can reach US$ 101,5 billions in 2033. GoDados operates in an applied part of this market: transforming cameras already installed into indicators for operational efficiency, quality, safety, experience, behavior, performance and results in stores, franchises, schools, government and distributed operations.

Competitors

Today, Godados' competitors are divided into 4 groups. The most direct in Brazil is Sight, from the Sekron Group, which also talks about turning store cameras into decisions, measuring flow, line, window, permanence and occupancy. Abroad, there are nearby platforms such as Slinai, GlanceIT, CVEDIA and EyesOnit, which connect existing CCTV to generate alerts, counts, queues, occupancy, and dashboards. Enterprise retail includes RetailNext, Sensormatic/ShopperTrak, Axis, V-Count, Advertima and Quividi, stronger in audience measurement, people counting and store analytics. There are also indirect competitors: VMS and security such as Milestone, Genetec and Avigilon; field supervision, checklists, NPS and mystery shopper.

Competitive differentiation

Transform cameras already installed into actionable operational intelligence, without selling new hardware or positioning the solution as surveillance. While competitors start from CCTV, security, people counting or generic video analytics, Godados connects the images already available to business management, generating indicators for operational efficiency, quality and safety, experience and behavior, performance and results. The solution transforms what happens in the physical environment into actionable data, alerts, and predictability, helping managers to act before bottlenecks, failures, or productivity losses are detrimental. Another differential is the adaptation by context: franchises, retailers, schools, government, and distributed operations can measure specific indicators of your routine. Reduce adoption barriers by taking advantage of cameras already installed. Not to “see images”, but to transform physical operation into decision, control, and result.

Entry barrier

The combination of technology, operational context, and accumulated data. GoDados doesn't just deliver video analytics: it transforms already available images into indicators related to the actual management of each operation, such as efficiency, quality, safety, experience, behavior, performance and results. The more physical environments the platform analyzes, the more it learns queue patterns, flow, occupancy, bottlenecks, risks, and losses by segment, creating operational intelligence that is difficult to replicate quickly. In addition, adaptation by context, such as franchises, retail, schools, government, and distributed operations, requires knowledge of processes, indicators, and decisions specific to each routine. The barrier is not only in the algorithm, but in the ability to translate video into reliable management action, integrated with the client's operation and without requiring new hardware.

Traction

Yes. Godados is in the commercial validation phase, with initial traction mainly qualitative. After participating in the Startup Summit, multiple paid POC opportunities emerged in different segments, such as schools, retail, franchises, government, distribution centers, and distributed operations. This validates that the pain of the blind spot of physical operation appears in different markets and that companies already recognize the value in transforming installed cameras into operational data. The startup has already structured feasibility studies, hypotheses of use, risks, scope proposals, and next steps for these opportunities. Current traction should not yet be presented as consolidated recurring revenue, but as an active commercial pipeline, real interest from potential customers, and advances in positioning validation: existing cameras as a source of operational intelligence for decision, efficiency, and control.
