Problem

Every prediction market has someone between fact and payment: a team, a token vote, or an AI model decides who won. That's where the sector accumulates complaints. On the largest on-chain platform, a contested result is up to the vote of token holders and takes days, and there were disputed resolutions that became famous. The second problem is who writes the questions: Kalshi and Polymarket create all the markets internally; the user only suggests. This leaves out the questions that most interest a crypto community: will the project burn so many tokens? Will liquidity be stuck? Will the validator reach that much stake? And on-chain projects don't have a way to transform their public goals into paid community engagement.

Solution

Each Brot campaign is a YES or NO question that a Solana account answers on its own: a Pyth price, the supply of a token, a Meteora pool, a stake pool, the stake of a validator, or the graduation of a launch curve. People enter YES or NO with SOL; on time, our program reads the bill and the winners share the pot. Nobody, not us, can turn a result around. Only goals come in that are not falsified with money loaned for seconds and that, when fulfilled, do not go back. And anyone opens a campaign, starting at US$ 500, Almost everything becomes a prize, and the creator wins 1% the 1,5% For each entry, whichever side wins. Projects open campaigns about their own goals and bring their holders; KOLs bring their audience. Every campaign starts with a paid publicist.

Business model

Three sources. Opening: those who open a paid campaign starting from US$ 500, in three tracks (US$ 500, 2.500 and 10.000); most of it becomes a prize in the pot and the rest is left with Brot. Launch teams and partners open for free. Fee: Brot is left with 10% on the losing side of each campaign. Creator: receive from 1% the 1,5% of the entries, depending on the track, what makes it our distribution channel; BDs with creators receive part of the Brot fee on that volume. Ticket: the expected average opening is the entry range, US$ 500, with projects going up to 2.500 and 10.000; the average entry ticket of the participants has not yet been measured, because the beta runs with a test SOL.

Market

The forecast markets sector paid around US$ 22,6 billions in 30 days until the beginning of October 2026 (DefiRate, secondary source). Kalshi moved about US$ 13,5 billions in September of 2026 (Defi Lama) and informed US$ 4 billions of annualized revenue in July (CoinDesk, citing The Information). Polymarket generated about US$ 103,5 Millions in fees in recent 30 days until 7/10/2026 (Defi Lama). Both are worth US$ 21 the 40 billions. Our slice is a niche within this: questions that a Solana account answers, which are crypto and not sports. On the supply side, pump.fun adds up 80 millions of wallets since its inception (The Block, June of 2026), and it is this audience, of projects and creators that need engagement, that opens campaigns. We didn't calculate TAM: the demand for our question types will still be measured in beta.

Competitors

The big ones: Kalshi (regulated in the USA, more than 80% of volume in sports) and Polymarket (on-chain, resolution by the UMA oracle, with token voting in disputes). Both write every market at home. On Solana: World (world.xyz), within the Phantom wallet, which routes orders to providers; dFlow and Jupiter, who bring the Kalshi markets to Solana; Melee Markets, in beta by invitation, where anyone creates and the creator wins; Hedgehog, Triad, and Hxro Parimutuel; and the PNP Protocol, which resolves with LLM oracles. On other networks: Limitless (Base), Myriad, and HIP-4 from Hyperliquid. None we found solves reading an on-chain account directly, with no person, vote, or model in the middle.

Competitive differentiation

Two, together. First, the resolution: the result comes from reading an on-chain account, not a team, vote, or AI. There's no dispute window or governance token to buy. Second, the distribution: in Kalshi and Polymarket the house writes all the markets; in Brot anyone opens, and the creator receives from 1% the 1,5% of each entry. Pump.fun showed that paying the creator moves volume; we apply this to prediction markets. Each campaign comes with someone interested in publicizing it: the project that wants to engage its holders or the KOL that wants to monetize the audience. In addition, the pot in SOL is simple: no order book, no liquidity to provide, no own token.

Entry barrier

The closed list of readers. Each type of question has a handwritten reader that knows which count to read, checks the owner and format before reading a byte, and is tested on real mainnet bytes. Assemble six of these safely, plus the payment mathematics found in 24.000 In some cases, it took a senior team; copying the idea is easy, copying the guarantee is not. The second barrier is the network of creators and BDs: whoever brings creators earns part of our fee on their volume, so the first partners have a reason to stay. The third is the public record: each solved campaign remains on the blockchain as proof that no one touched the result, and that reputation only accumulates over time.

Traction

Yes. Recognition: Superteam Brazil chose us as one of the four winners of the Solana Mobile trail (28/10) and we presented it at the IslandDAO demo day (29/10, more than 35 a thousand views). Product: closed beta on Solana devnet since 9/10, with 4 campaigns opened by 4 different creators, 8 tickets, close to 24 SUN in the pots and 10 portfolios in the ranking, all with SOL as a test. Six readers solve campaigns from real accounts; Keeper solves and pays on its own; the indexer and the Android app are live. Go-to-market: at 31/10 Shipment has started to 1. 263 crypto investors and funds, and the creators and BDs program opens with the beta. News: Mainnet release: 17/11/2026.
