Problem

We solve the chronic inefficiency of corporate service 24/7: long lines, plastered robots that follow strict decision trees and fail in the face of complex problems, and the high cost of telecom intermediaries that process voice and data in an outsourced way. This model generates brand abandonment — 32% of consumers leave a company after a single negative experience with bots — loss of revenue, and chronic customer dissatisfaction. At the same time, large corporations in regulated sectors, such as healthcare, financial services, and government, face a second critical problem: they cannot expose sensitive data to public AI models or absorb the increasing and unpredictable cost of tokens in global clouds. Voxcia solves both ends at the same time: we eliminate telecom intermediaries by processing voice and STFC networks natively on our own Core, and we offer a hybrid AI architecture that connects to both global providers and local private LLMs.

Solution

Voxcia is an omnichannel platform (CPaAs/IaaS) with natively integrated AI at the infrastructure level, and not as a surface layer on top of third-party services. AI works on three fronts within our Core: natural language processing to conduct conversations with real contextual understanding, in voice (URA/IVR and STFC), WebRTC, WhatsApp, SMS and chat; real-time sentiment analysis to adapt the tone and response strategy during the interaction itself; and deep integration - what we call Deep-Stack - with legacy CRMs, ERPs and Helpdesks, so that each response is contextualized to the real history of that specific customer. The role of AI is not to simulate human service; it is to eliminate the barrier between telecom infrastructure and conversational intelligence that today forces companies to integrate multiple expensive and slow suppliers.

Business model

We primarily monetize via recurring subscription (IaaS/SaaS) scalable by volume of interactions and active resources, complemented by three additional sources: per-use billing for seasonal peaks, enterprise licensing with dedicated instances for hyper-regulated sectors (hospitals, banks), and value-added services, such as accelerated setup, AI consulting, and creation of unique synthetic voices with the client's brand identity. Today we are already operating in the commercial phase, with revenues between R$ 360 A thousand and R$ 1 million a year. Our direct competitors are large CCaaS and AI-powered CX automation platforms, such as Zenvia and Take Blip, as well as enterprise chatbot providers integrated with legacy URAs. Indirectly, we compete with global providers of cloud communication and telecom APIs, such as Twilio. Our advantage to win is structural, not just a product: we process voice and STFC natively in our own Core, eliminating the middleman that makes it more expensive and adds latency to all competition based on third-party CPaaS; and we operate a hybrid AI architecture that connects global providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek) and local private LLMs, something that no direct competitor offers with the same depth of data sovereignty.
