Problem

SMBs and startups rely on too many disconnected tools to manage sales, marketing, content, CRM, and daily operations. This creates high software costs, fragmented data, repetitive manual work, and complex workflows that slow down growth. Turbo Tangerine solves this fragmentation by bringing these essential functions together and automating them with AI.

Solution

Turbo Tangerine provides an all-in-one AI-powered platform that centralizes and automates sales, marketing, content and business operations. Companies can manage their CRM and pipelines, access 400M+ professional profiles and 70M companies, enrich leads, automate LinkedIn and email outreach, and run email, WhatsApp and Instagram campaigns. The platform also creates and publishes AI-generated social posts, articles, images and videos, automates workflows, and manages quotes, invoices, expenses and cash flow. Built-in analytics and AI identify and follow up with high-intent leads. Through our MCP integration, users can also manage CRM, campaigns, invoicing and reporting directly from AI assistants such as Claude. Turbo Tangerine replaces multiple disconnected tools with one integrated, AI-native platform.

Business model

Turbo Tangerine operates on a SaaS subscription model with multiple plans based on features, usage and company needs. Revenue comes primarily from monthly and annual subscriptions, complemented by usage-based credits and add-ons for data enrichment, prospecting, email marketing and AI features. Our land-and-expand model allows customers to start with a focused plan and upgrade as they adopt more modules and increase usage. We expect an average ticket of approximately R$500–800 per month per customer, with significantly higher ARPU for growing teams and companies using multiple modules.

Market

We are initially targeting Brazil, which has more than 20 million active businesses and a rapidly growing market for CRM, sales automation, digital marketing and AI-powered business software. Our second phase is expansion across Latin America, a market of more than 30 million SMEs and over 650 million people. Rather than addressing a single software category, Turbo Tangerine operates at the intersection of CRM, sales intelligence, marketing automation, content creation, workflow automation and business management. Globally, these software categories represent a combined addressable market worth well over $100 billion annually. Our strategy is to establish a strong position in Brazil, expand throughout Latin America, and subsequently address other international markets.

Competitors

Our main competitors include HubSpot, Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Apollo. io, Brevo, RD Station, and GoHighLevel. They compete with different parts of our offering, from CRM and outbound sales to marketing automation and lead generation. Turbo Tangerine differentiates itself by bringing these capabilities together in a single AI-powered platform, reducing the need for multiple disconnected tools.

Competitive differentiation

Turbo Tangerine’s competitive edge is the depth of integration between tools that businesses usually buy separately. Unlike point solutions focused on CRM, prospecting, marketing or content, we combine the entire workflow in one AI-native platform: 400M+ professional profiles and 70M companies, CRM, multichannel outreach, content creation and publishing, workflow automation, analytics and invoicing. Data flows natively between modules, allowing AI to qualify leads, analyze replies, trigger follow-ups and move opportunities through the pipeline automatically. Our MCP integration goes further by letting users operate CRM, campaigns, invoicing and reporting directly from AI assistants such as Claude. This reduces software costs, eliminates complex integrations and enables true end-to-end automation.

Entry barrier

Our barrier to entry comes from the complexity of building and deeply integrating the infrastructure behind Turbo Tangerine. The platform combines CRM, 400M+ professional profiles and 70M companies, data enrichment, LinkedIn automation, multichannel outreach, AI content generation, workflow automation, analytics, invoicing and local fiscal systems such as Brazilian NF-e. These are not isolated features: they share data and trigger actions across the entire customer lifecycle. Our growing automation layer, integrations, AI workflows and MCP infrastructure create a compounding technical advantage. Replicating the product requires rebuilding not one SaaS tool, but an interconnected ecosystem of sales, marketing, content, data and operational capabilities.

Traction

Turbo Tangerine has just launched and is currently in its early go-to-market phase. At this stage, our focus is on validating product-market fit, collecting user feedback, improving activation and retention, and converting early users into paying customers. With the product now live, we are beginning to scale our acquisition efforts in Brazil.
