Problem

The entrepreneur's biggest problem isn't a lack of ideas, tools, or information. It's a lack of capacity to execute everything the business needs. In the early years, the founder must be a CEO, salesperson, marketer, financier, strategist, and operator at the same time. This overload causes important decisions to be delayed, opportunities to be missed, and the business to rely excessively on a single person. AI increased productivity, but it didn't solve that bottleneck. The founder still needs to figure out what to do, choose the right tool, learn how to use it, and perform each task. He won tools, but he didn't win a team. Sparta solves this by transforming AI into real execution capacity: a partner that thinks, plans, and executes with the founder in different areas of the business. Instead of just another tool for managing, Sparta is an “artificial partner” that helps the entrepreneur build and operate a larger company, without having to start with a large team.

Solution

Sparta transforms AI into an execution partner for the founder. Battlefield brings together tools with agents specialized in following different moments of the company: finding partners, dividing equity, creating corporate contracts and business modeling, calculating costs and pricing, forming collabs and simulating pitches and lives with a synthetic audience. Instead of forcing the entrepreneur to learn and coordinate dozens of tools, Sparta focuses this journey on a single platform and uses AI to connect information, guide decisions, and execute tasks. Our vision is to evolve this ecosystem into an “artificial partner”: an intelligence that knows the company's context, identifies what needs to be done, recommends the next steps and, increasingly, performs the work. The founder keeps deciding. Sparta increases its ability to build.

Business model

Our model combines Freemium, B2C/B2B subscriptions, and AI consumption per use. The user enters for free, knows the ecosystem and can evolve to paid plans as their need for tools, credits, and execution capacity increases. Today, individual plans start from free and go up to R$399/month, with an annual option of R$299/month; we also have lifetime access offers. In B2B, accountants, higher and vocational education institutions, business associations, franchisors and coworkings already use and can license the platform to their audiences, it's acquisition and revenue at scale. Our monetization combines recurrence + consumption, allowing us to increase ARPU as the user starts to use more AI and advanced features. We expect to build an increasing average ticket, initially in the range of hundreds of reais per user/year in B2C, while B2B will generate significantly larger contracts through licensing and volume of users (students/members).

Market

Sparta's market is global and is at the intersection of entrepreneurship, software for small and medium-sized businesses, and SaaS. The global SaaS market moved around US$ 465 billions in 2025 And it must surpass US$ 1,1 Trillion until 2033. Within it, the global SMB software market already represents tens of billions of dollars annually, with estimates exceeding US$ 70 billions in 2025, depending on the definition used. However, our potential market is larger than a traditional software category: we want to capture part of the value currently allocated to the tools, services, and operational work necessary to create and run a company. With a multilingual and global platform, our market is not limited to Brazil. We started here, but built for entrepreneurs around the world. The ambition is to transform Sparta into the entrepreneur's global operating system.

Competitors

Our direct competitors are still few, as Sparta is building a different category. Today, we compete mainly with generalist AIs, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as automation platforms and agents. There are also indirect competitors in marketing, sales, finance, and management. Curiously, we received robust support from some of the largest companies in this ecosystem (Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Runway, ElevenLabs) with frontier infrastructure and technologies to accelerate the construction of Sparta. They provide the parts and instead of delivering another tool or isolated agent, we transform these technologies into an artificial partner capable of understanding the business, structuring, modeling, coordinating tools, and performing work in different areas. Our biggest competitor isn't a specific AI. It's the way founders still need to operate their companies today.

Competitive differentiation

With the technological support of leading AI companies, Sparta was born on a cutting-edge, multilingual and global infrastructure, capable of connecting different models, agents and tools in a single experience. That, combined with our Battlefield, with an arsenal of over 15 exclusive and integrated tools, create a layer of intelligence that accompanies the entrepreneur in an unprecedented way. While competitors normally solve isolated tasks, Sparta is building a true operating system for entrepreneurs, capable of understanding the business context, connecting decisions and, progressively, executing the work. Our ambition is to revolutionize the way in which we undertake: to transform AI from a tool into business capacity.

Entry barrier

Our barrier to entry combines product, data, distribution, and technological efficiency. We built Sparta's foundation for almost two years so that multiple AI technologies can be used intelligently and economically, taking advantage of conditions exclusive to long-term partners. Our freemium model drastically reduces the entry barrier: the user starts with a good amount of credits and, after using it, receives daily credits that keep them engaged. As you use the platform, fill in information and build your context within the tools, the experience becomes increasingly personalized and valuable, naturally increasing the propensity to upgrade. In addition, we combine B2C and B2B, with affordable plans and partners able to subsidize access for their own audiences. This combination creates a difficult cycle to replicate: optimized technology > accessible access > acquisition > context and engagement > conversion > scale.

Traction

In the first version of Sparta (still quite immature), we billed about R$5. 000 in B2C even before we have CNPJ. During an acceleration of Sebrae, we exhibited at a fair and received the interest of a C-level from one of the largest educational institutions in the country. This contact made us realize the potential of B2B2C distribution and led us to make important decisions: we refactor the platform prioritizing B2B2C, adopted the freemium model and carefully structured different levels of access, preparing the basis for scaling acquisition and monetization.
