Problem

MoviRider solves the fragmented journey and the insecurity of medium and high-displacement motorcyclists before, during and after the trip. Today, the user is faced with a pulverized market with three major problems validated in research: Disconnected Planning: The use of multiple separate tools to trace routes and predict costs. Close to 47% of motorcyclists feel insecure about the actual conditions of the route and 49% they fear being left without a support network in the face of unforeseen events. Fragmented Purchases: The search for parts occurs on generic marketplaces. For 60% For users, finding, buying, or selling products (new and used) with confidence and security is a latent and time-consuming pain. Reactive Maintenance: The absence of predictive solutions causes revisions to take place imperatively and late. In short: we solve the pain of fragmentation by combining route intelligence, support network, and a niche marketplace into a single ecosystem.

Solution

MoviRider proposes to solve the fragmentation of the market by unifying the motorcyclist's journey into a single technological ecosystem based on three fundamental pillars:

1. Secure Planning: An interactive route creator with data intelligence (“route intelligence”). The tool allows you to calculate expenses (tolls and fuel), displays the existing support network along the entire route and provides alerts about the sections.

2. Community: A free environment focused on user-generated content (UGC). Motorcyclists share itineraries, geolocated reviews, ask questions, and plan group trips.

3. Planned Buying and Selling: Integration of a B2C Marketplace (via affiliation and partners) and a P2P “Bazar” module (between users) for secure transactions. The innovative differential: The system uses the registered motorcycle data and the mileage traveled in the app to offer compatible products and parts, transforming reactive maintenance into predictive maintenance.

Business model

MoviRider operates B2B2C, bringing together SaaS and Marketplace. The monetization belt has three fronts:

1. Support Network Subscriptions (SaaS B2B): Plans for workshops, car washes, hotels, and garages appear on the map with prominence. Presence: R$ 9,99/month.Specialist: R$ 39,99/month (qualified lead via AI screening) .Experience Hub: R$ 199,99/month (focus on local events).

2. Partnerships with Industries (B2B): Initial Setup of R$ 1.000,00 + monthly fees and advertising actions (“on-route advertisements”) for automakers and manufacturers to have official pages within the ecosystem.

3. Marketplace (B2C/C2C): In the official stores model, we apply a scaled Take-Rate of 3% the 5% about sales.

Expected Average Ticket: On our volume basis (B2B Support), the average ticket focused on initial traction is R$ 39,99/month (Specialist Plan), designed to have very low friction and high scale. In corporate B2B (Industry), the entry ticket (setup) is R$ 1.000,00.

Market

MoviRider operates in the global medium and high-displacement motorbike and motorcycling market. Globally, the two-wheeled sector generates tens of billions of dollars annually, driven by the growth of adventure tourism and the expansion of automakers in emerging markets. However, for the purpose of initial traction and structural validation, our strategic focus is on the Brazilian market: TAM: Brazil today has a market estimated at 8 millions of medium and high-cylinder motorcycles. This sector is booming strongly, with registered growth of 39% in the production of premium models in the first quarter of 2026. SOUND: Our objective for the first year of operation is to capture 4% of this validated niche, which represents about 320 thousand users on the platform. When we achieve these 320 With a thousand users in Brazil, the platform will be ripe for the global scale, keeping up with the community's demand for international travel.

Competitive differentiation

Our main competitive advantage is the convergence of solutions in a specialized Super App. While current competitors offer generic and isolated tools, MoviRider integrates the entire journey into a single ecosystem focused exclusively on the motorcyclist. Our competitive advantage is based on three pillars: Predictive Intelligence: We use the data of the registered motorcycle model and the mileage of the routes navigated in the app to offer products and alert about maintenance (compatible parts at the right time), customizing the offer in a way that traditional e-commerce cannot do. Contextualized Navigation: Our maps not only indicate the fastest route, but connect the route to our Support Network and to geolocalized reports/alerts generated by the community itself (UGC). Network Effect (Niche): By centralizing travel planning, commerce, and content in the same location, we create high retention and a strong barrier to entry into the sector.

Entry barrier

MoviRider's main barrier to entry is the Network Effect combined with Predictive Data Intelligence and Niche Specialization. In practice, this barrier prevents the entry of new players on three fronts: Network Effect via UGC: The platform is fed back by the community itself (routes, geolocated alerts, evaluations). The more users, the richer and more accurate the ecosystem becomes. A new competitor would enter with an “empty” map, making acquiring users much more expensive and difficult. Data Lock-in: By crossing the navigated routes with the data of the motorcycle registered by the user (make/model/year), we create a predictive history for maintenance and the offer of compatible products. The user does not want to lose this accumulated history, generating very high retention. Niche Dominance: Generic players are unable to hyperpersonalize the motorcyclist's journey

Traction

Yes. Although technological development is in the MVP phase (Phase 1), we already have solid data on institutional traction, validation, and B2B pipeline:1. Institutional Traction and Governance: Pre-approved and selected for the incubation program at Inatel Startups (September/2026). This endorses the project with a high level of technical governance and places us in one of the largest innovation ecosystems in the country.

2. Market Validation: We concluded our core-value survey with 80 motorcyclists from our target audience, statistically proving the pain we solved.

3. B2B Traction and Strategic Partnerships: We started onboarding our Support Network (workshops and winches) on the geolocated map. In addition, we have already structured market partnerships with major players such as Grupo FBN and California Racing, and we have opened negotiations for a strategic merger/partnership with Motoxtribe.
