This gives the school a standard, data and support that do not exist on paper today.
Business model
SaaS by recurring subscription (12 monthly installments), with a price per group of number of students -- of R$300/month (up to 100 students) a R$1.200/month (up to 1.000 students, disciplinary combo+ERP). Our first real contract signed (250 students, combo) closes at R$851/month, the amount we use today as the average reference ticket.

In Brazil, the direct addressable market is 178,8 Thousand basic education schools from the School Census 2025 (INEP), public and private. We operate today in Brazil; the problem we solve -- measuring and shaping cognitive behavior -- is not unique to one country, which paves the way for international expansion in the future.
Competitors
There is no direct competitor measuring behavior as part of student training. Indirect competitors are school ERPs (Sponte, TutorMundi, Agenda Edu, Quality System), which treat an occurrence as a bureaucratic record, not as training data. The real competitor is the inertia of those who design the form of assessment and the culture of measuring only the cognitive.
Competitive differentiation

We structure a complete flow -- registration, screening, decision, history -- and measure conduct as a continuous index, with the same weight as academic performance. And this is already a result measured in the field (93% less time), not promise.
Entry barrier
Trademark (INPI) and a proprietary method published in books -- it's not a copyable resource in weeks. The student's conduct history accumulates year after year on the platform: changing providers means losing this training data, which generates retention. In addition, we already have a mature compliance and security structure (LGPD, RIPD), heavy to replicate for those who serve public networks with minor data.
Traction
Yes. Real MVP pilot at a public school measured 93% of reduction in the time taken to register incidents (from 10-15min for ~1min). Load simulation with 1. 500 Students indicated a reduction above 70%. HM Sistemas was selected in SEBRAE Start&Up 2026 (Cuiabá/MT trail). Trademark already registered with the INPI (BR), and the method is documented in a published book.
