Problem

The market for auto parts and components for trucks is still scarce, making it difficult for the customer to quickly find the right part, with a competitive price, reliable information and availability.

Many products are sold by different suppliers, with little standardization in information and difficulty in comparing. This increases search time and the risk of an incorrect purchase.

Our startup solves this problem by using digital commerce to bring together a wide variety of products in a single channel, making it easier to search and buy. Through an operation without stock and connected to suppliers, we were able to quickly expand our catalog and meet different demands, making the purchase of truck parts simpler, more accessible and efficient.

Solution

The startup seeks to solve the difficulty of finding auto parts and components for trucks with good availability, competitive price and clear purchase information.

We use the stock-free sales model to connect customers to a network of suppliers, allowing us to offer a wide catalog without the need to keep large volumes of products in stock. The operation is focused on identifying products in demand, creating competitive offers, facilitating purchase on the marketplace, and offering customer service.

With this, we were able to test new products quickly, expand the catalog in a scalable way and meet different needs of the trucking market without requiring a high initial investment in inventory.

Business model

Our business model is based on the e-commerce of auto parts and components for trucks, mainly through marketplaces such as Mercado Livre and Shopee. We work with a non-inventory model, connecting customer demand to a network of suppliers and partners, which reduces the need for fixed capital and allows us to expand the catalog quickly.

Revenue comes from the margin obtained on each sale, seeking products with good demand, price competitiveness, and margin potential. The model allows testing new products and scaling sales without increasing inventory and structure costs proportionately.

As an initial estimate, we worked with an expected average ticket between R$ 150 and R$ 300 by request, with the potential to increase as we expand the share of higher value-added products and kits for trucks.

Market

The global commercial vehicle replacement parts market moved approximately US$ 102 billions in 2025, with a projection of reaching around US$ 130 Billions even 2030.

In addition, the global e-commerce auto parts market is growing rapidly. Estimates indicate that the e-commerce of auto parts moved approximately US$ 112 billions in 2025, being able to overcome US$ 237 Billions even 2030.

Competitors

Our main competitors are stores specializing in auto parts and heavy goods that operate on Mercado Livre, Shopee and other digital channels, as well as major players in the sector, such as Rede JS Peças, Jocar, Connect Parts and independent stores specializing in truck parts.

We also consider traditional distributors and physical stores that are migrating their operations to digital as indirect competitors. The market is quite varied, with several sellers competing for the same products and keywords in the marketplaces.

Our strategy is to compete primarily by combining product variety, price, quality of advertisements, service, and agility to identify new sales opportunities.

Competitive differentiation

Our differential lies in offering a wider and more targeted selection of auto parts and components for trucks, seeking products with a good ratio between price, quality and demand. We work with different suppliers, which allows us to identify market opportunities and provide products that often have little supply or little competition.

In addition, we focus on the presentation of products within Mercado Livre, with complete announcements, technical information, customer service, and competitive pricing strategies. Our stock-free model also allows you to test new products and quickly expand the catalog, without the need to keep large volumes standing still.

Entry barrier

Our main differential is a lean operating model, based on stock-free sales, which allows us to work with a wide catalog of auto parts and components for trucks without the need for high capital standing in stock.

We have built a network of suppliers and partners that allows us to identify products with demand, competitive prices, and availability, while focusing our efforts on sales, advertising, service, and management of marketplaces.

The main barrier to entry lies in the knowledge acquired about the market, suppliers, products, pricing, and operation within Mercado Livre. In addition, building reputation, reviews, sales history, and ad placement generates an asset that new competitors need time to develop.

This model also allows you to scale the business with less need for working capital, making it possible to expand the catalog and quickly test new products according to demand data.
