Problem
The pet services market is fragmented, informal, and non-standard. Tutors find it difficult to find, compare, and hire reliable hosting, tour, pet sitter, grooming, training, and health care providers, while professionals and small pet businesses face low digitization, difficulty acquiring customers, limited operational management, and poor integration between service, schedule, payments, and animal information. This lack of trust, efficiency, and integration undermines both the tutors' experience and the sustainable growth of providers.
Solution
AllePets transforms a fragmented pet market into an integrated digital platform. We connect tutors to hosts, pet sitters, walkers, groomers, trainers and health professionals, searching by location, profiles, prices, reputation, communication, reservations, and management tools. The platform also integrates pet information and evolves to use AI to recommend the most appropriate professional and service, pricing, service, management and risk prevention.
Business model
AllePets operates mainly as a transactional marketplace, monetizing reservations through a take rate on the transactions carried out on the platform. The model allows you to add recurring revenues with premium/SaaS tools for providers and pet businesses, in addition to B2B and B2G solutions. Considering the initial mix of services, we worked with an average transactional ticket target of approximately R$ 150 per reservation, depending on the service, duration, number of pets and additional services.
Market
The global pet care market is estimated at approximately US$ 289 billions in 2026 and it can reach about US$ 499 billions in 2034. Within this market, only the global pet services segment is estimated at US$ 47,9 billions in 2026, with a projection of approximately US$ 75 billions in 2034. AllePets operates at the intersection between services, health, technology and the digitalization of the pet ecosystem.
Competitors
In Brazil, the main competitors are PetLove/doghero and Pet Anjo, which offer lodging, daycare, pet sitter, tour and other services for tutors. GetNinjas is an indirect competitor for connecting consumers to pet service providers. Internationally, Rover and Wag! are relevant references in animal care marketplaces.
AllePets differentiates itself by bringing together, on a single platform, a broader portfolio of pet services, health and medical records, tools for the professionalization and management of providers, in addition to the evolution to the use of artificial intelligence and solutions also aimed at the public sector.
Competitive differentiation
The main differential is to integrate the entire pet care journey into a single platform, and not just an isolated service. AllePets combines service marketplaces, tools for professionalizing providers, animal health resources, data, artificial intelligence, and a B2G front for governments. This architecture allows us to accompany the pet through different needs and creates cross-sell opportunities between lodging, daycare, pet sitter, walking, bathing, grooming, training and veterinary care.
Entry barrier
Our barrier is built by the combination of network effects, local density of providers and guardians, reputation history, transactional and behavioral data, structured information about pets, and integration of the platform into the providers' operational routine. As the network grows, this data increases the capacity for matching, recommendation, pricing, and AI automation. The result is an asset that is difficult to reproduce just by developing a new app.
Traction
Yes. AllePets has already surpassed 2.040 Registrations and reached a presence in 328 Brazilian cities, with hundreds of registered hosts and professionals and hundreds of services available on the platform. We also built a base of approximately 2.700 leads and we have already validated real transactions and reservations. The geographical expansion occurred at an early stage and with limited investment in acquisition, indicating potential for growth with capital and a structured commercial machine.
