academicum.ai solves this problem through Analu, an academic assistant with persistent memory available as a PWA that can be installed on the cell phone, which accompanies students throughout their academic journey. Analu maintains context about the project, objectives, deadlines and activities carried out and, based on this context, helps to organize next steps, research literature, review papers, study, prepare defenses, and autonomously find conferences and calls for articles aligned with the research. Instead of gathering just isolated tools, it connects those activities into a continuous, contextualized journey. The proposal is to complement the advisor, offering the student support 24/7 between one orientation and another, without replacing your academic function.

The business model is B2C SaaS with hybrid monetization: freemium, purchase of credits per use and subscription for intensive users. Visitors can try it for free; registered users receive initial credits and can purchase new credits as needed, while more frequent users can sign up for a monthly plan. Yes. academicum.ai already has initial traction. The platform receives around 5 A thousand visitors a month and has 160 registered users, with real use of the main features. The article review module alone registered more than 100 generations completed in the last month, in addition to the use of tools such as Intelligent Tutor, Flashcards, and Defense Simulator. The content on the platform reaches more than 20 a thousand views each, showing organic interest. Close to 60% of the traffic already comes from outside Brazil, signaling potential for international expansion. Monetization is still in its early stages, and our main challenge now is to convert that use and interest into recurrence and revenue.
