Problem
Lack of management in the physical therapist business.
Solution
Through insights from Zê, who reads the information entered into the system by the professional and returns management pills in PDCA format so that the professional not only knows what to do, but with tips on how to do it. In the phase 2 these insights will come through conversational Zê.
Business model
Recurring revenue per monthly subscription (SaaS), paid by the self-employed physiotherapist herself. It's a sale to the professional who manages your business, with a free trial of 14 days and no commission on care or patients. In the next phases of the roadmap, there will be other forms of compensation, such as service agents, ad deployment (for free users), marketplace and banking services.
Today the current plan costs R$ 97 per month per professional (R$ 1.164 per year). The ticket expected at launch is this amount. We are still under validation, with no paying customers, so the price is a launch price and will be validated at the first conversions.

Competitive differentiation
Insights from Zê, which reads the information entered into the system by the professional and returns management pills in PDCA format so that the professional not only knows what to do, but with tips on how to do it. In addition to the fact that the system was designed under the premise of a continuous flow of progress, to facilitate usability, and today this is considered one of the barriers to the use of a system by professionals.
Entry barrier
We're still under validation, so our barrier is built in layers, it's not a patent.
The logic of the physical therapy business within the product: treatment plan, sessions, finance and inventory talk to each other, and the insights layer (Zê) transforms this into a decision for the self-employed person who has never studied management. The generic agenda does not have that structure.
Clinical mastery in the team: the partner is a physiotherapist and the insights are born from real problems of colleagues, such as pricing.
Distribution in physiotherapist communities: all of our users arrived by referral in these groups.
Exchange cost: the more patient history, plans, and finances it accumulates, the more difficult it is to migrate.
Traction
Still without a prescription: we are currently being validated and no female user pays today. What we have is real use. Saint 10 autonomous physiotherapists on the platform, all coming by word of mouth in groups of physiotherapists. They have already registered 157 patients, 164 treatment plans and 247 sessions held, with 229 clinical developments. Three use it continuously, with more than 10 sessions held. The first female test users gave positive feedback, and the next step is to convert the free trial to 14 days on subscription.
