Problem
Good ideas capable of transforming people's lives cease to become businesses because, even with a great deal of dedication from the founder, developing the solution and maintaining the operation requires capital, staff and a rare combination of skills. Veridian reduces these barriers to create new businesses and manage their operation autonomously, allowing more solutions to reach the market and have an impact on the world.
Solution
Veridian brings together specialized agents that coordinate planning, GTM, product development, customer acquisition, operation, management, and finance. This infrastructure transforms ideas into products and organizes their evolution as businesses. The Ventures arm participates in selected companies, connecting the platform's recurring revenue to the valuation of the portfolio.
Business model
Subscriptions to develop and operate new businesses, combined with equity participation in selected companies. The planned plans range from R$ 500 Thousand a R$ 5 thousand a month, with an expected average starting ticket close to R$ 1 Thousand. The evolution includes licensing the modules and distribution by partners, while Ventures captures the valuation of the shares.
Market
We work in the development and management of new digital businesses. As a broad market reference, Gartner estimated US$ 1,43 trillion in global software for 2026. Our initial focus is to serve founders and small teams, expanding upon subscriptions and infrastructure licensing. The directly serviced market is a part of this universe, not all of the global spending on software.
Competitors
Venture studios like High Alpha and Founders Factory and product building platforms like Lovable and Bubble. Veridian connects the development of new businesses with the autonomous management of its operation, combining a shared platform with participation in selected companies.
Competitive differentiation
Develop and manage the entire business, connecting product, customers, operation and finance. The modules operate based on their own methodology, share context and use the results of one area to guide the others. Each business takes advantage of an already developed infrastructure, reducing the need to assemble teams and integrate tools from scratch.
Entry barrier
The methodology behind the operation, the network effect of learning from iterations in sales channels, and feedback on the use of various products.
The accumulation of integrations, executable processes, and operational knowledge applied to the portfolio. Each new business expands the library of reusable capabilities and improves coordination between agents. The advantage lies in the accumulated infrastructure and execution experience, in addition to access to AI models.
Traction
We have our own modules in operation and portfolio products at different stages. The main documented commercial validation is Conciera, with eight signatures and approximately R$ 16 thousand of MRR. This revenue belongs to Conciera and represents the validation of a portfolio deal, not Veridian's full revenue. Veridian is in the pre-launch phase.
