Problem
Civil construction faces a challenge that compromises the entire chain: the scarcity of qualified professionals and the difficulty of attracting new generations to the sector. Thousands of professionals master their professions but are unable to transform their skills into more profitable businesses due to lack of training, management, and opportunities. At the same time, the industry invests in innovation and training, but it is difficult to reach these professionals, expand its sales and reduce the waste of materials caused by the inadequate application. UiDO connects these two worlds through technology, promoting qualification, increased income, productivity, and new opportunities. We also want to change the perception of young people about civil construction, showing that working with your hands requires knowledge, generates economic value and can represent an entrepreneurial, profitable career with a future.
Solution
UiDO has already developed its technological platform, with functionalities ready for commercial launch. In a single application, construction professionals can find client management, budgets, schedules, financial control, material calculator, professional profile, community, training courses, and content on entrepreneurship and MEI. For contractors, it offers the search for professionals, the request of services and the monitoring of contracts. For the industry, it structures a relationship channel, training and product dissemination, with the potential to generate sales and reduce waste. Our B2B2C model connects these fronts in a growth cycle: more qualified and organized professionals expand their income opportunities, while industries gain proximity to those who use their products. The technology is developed; our next step is to scale adoption and validate recurring monetization.
Business model
UiDO operates a B2B2C model with diversified revenues. In the marketplace, we monetize 5% about the services contracted by the platform, with a variable ticket depending on the service. In B2B, we structure recurring partnerships with construction industries, with an initial commercial proposal of R$ 3.000 Monthly and setup of R$ 3.500 by manufacturer, representing R$ 39.500 by contract for the first full year. We also provide premium subscriptions for professionals and segmented commercial campaigns. Our strategy combines transactional revenue, B2B recurrence, and opportunities for expansion through professional qualification. The technology is developed and the first industrial partnerships are under negotiation. The average consolidated ticket will still be validated after the commercial launch.
Market
UiDO is active in the digitization of civil construction, whose global activity is projected in US$ 9,6 Trillions for 2026 (Oxford Economics). In Brazil, our initial market, the sector generated R$ 105,3 billions in added value in the 24th quarter of 2026 (IBGE/CBIC), employed 3,13 millions of formal workers in July of 2026 (New Caged) and reunited 7,4 millions of people employed in 2025 (IBGE). Our B2B2C platform connects professionals, contractors, and manufacturers, integrating management, qualification, indicator-guided hiring, and segmented communication with the industry. Revenue potential comes from commissions on services, subscriptions, and business partnerships. The sectoral values measure the opportunity, but they are not equivalent to the UiDO addressable revenue market, which depends on the digitizable share of services, the commitment of professionals and the investments of the industries. The launch begins in Brazil, with the possibility of international expansion.
Competitors
Our main competitors operate in different parts of the construction chain. GetNinjas, Triider and Habitissimo connect professionals to clients; solutions such as Obra Prima offer management tools; and initiatives such as Together We Are + bring the industry closer to the market through relationships and training. UiDO differentiates itself by integrating these fronts into a single B2B2C ecosystem: simplified management for the self-employed, professional qualification, business opportunities, and strategic connection with the industry. Our model creates a growth cycle in which more qualified professionals can increase their income, while manufacturers expand their commercial reach, encourage the correct application of products and reduce waste. More than intermediating services, we want to develop entrepreneurs and generate recurring value for the entire chain.
Competitive differentiation
UiDO differentiates itself by integrating, in a single platform, professional management, training, contracting of services and relationships with the construction industry. While marketplaces focus on intermediation and brands' own applications mainly reach their established networks, UiDO also allows manufacturers to connect with professionals from other specialties, interested in discovering new products and developing skills. Through segmented communication and targeted training, the industry can broaden its applicator base, stimulate product adoption, and generate new business opportunities. For professionals, this means diversification of services and the potential to increase income. With all the technological functionalities developed, our B2B2C model connects these participants in a cycle of qualification, opportunities and growth, creating value for the entire chain.
Entry barrier
Our main competitive barrier is not only in technology, but in the ecosystem that we are building. UiDO already has a proprietary platform that integrates management, training, service contracting, and qualification and professional performance metrics. Based on this information, we seek to build verifiable records that increase the confidence of contractors and value the trajectory of professionals. At the same time, we develop business relationships with industries, allowing them to reach professionals from different specialties through segmented communication and targeted qualification. Our B2B2C model creates potential for a network effect: more active and qualified professionals attract contractors and manufacturers; these generate new opportunities, training and revenues, stimulating greater participation in the platform. As we accumulate data, business relationships, reputation, and transactions, the replication of our ecosystem becomes more complex d
Traction
Yes. We started validating the UiDO with just 6 professionals and we carry out 106 Works in 12 months, moving R$ 203 One thousand, with an average ticket of R$ 1.915 by service. Since the beginning of the operation, we achieved R$ 251 thousand in busy services. Our base grew organically to 96 registered professionals, without paid campaigns or official launch. During this period, we validated the demand for services and developed our proprietary platform, which integrates hiring based on professional indicators, management, qualification, community, and relationship with the industry. We chose to structure the entire ecosystem before commercial expansion, creating value for professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and retailers. Today, with the technology completed, we are prepared to expand the operation and validate our recurring B2B revenues, with commercial negotiations already in progress.
