Problem
The biggest problem was Personal and Family, due to the need for quick, reliable and continuous access to health data in critical situations. RastreaMed was created, which today offers traceability, integration and intelligent management of this data, focusing on the patient.
It connects data such as health conditions (HPP), allergies, medications, vaccinations, exams, health journeys, and treatment. The platform also includes family, authorized sharing, and different institutional, organizational and municipal contexts, maintaining a multi-environment and privacy-oriented architecture. Thus, RastreaMed seeks to accompany the person throughout different moments and care settings, without transforming each need into an isolated system.
Solution
RastreaMed proposes to centralize essential health information on a digital, secure and person-centered platform, allowing data such as HPP health conditions, allergies, medications, vaccination, exams, health events, and emergency contacts to be organized and kept up to date. Through QR Code, NFC, and digital access, essential information can be available when needed, including in emergency situations. The platform also makes it possible to organize health and treatment journeys, integrate family members and different care settings, and carry out authorized sharing, while respecting privacy and LGPD. In this way, RastreaMed seeks to reduce information fragmentation, facilitate access to relevant data, and support safer, continuous and connected care.
Business model
RastreaMed adopts a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, with recurring subscription revenue, offering plans for individual users and families and specific solutions for institutions, companies, municipalities, and health organizations. The B2C model provides individual and family access plans, while the B2B/B2G model allows recurring contracts according to the number of users, modules and services contracted. The strategy also includes partnerships and integrations with organizations in the health ecosystem. The average ticket varies according to the segment and the number of users, and is initially estimated at R$ 10 the R$ 30/month in B2C and, in B2B/B2G, in recurring contracts scaled according to the size and scope of the deployment. Revenue expansion occurs with the participation of new users, families, institutions, and platform modules.
Market
RastreaMed can operate in the B2C, B2B2C and B2G markets, from the individual to the Family, Specialized Care Institutions, Organizations and Municipalities. We are part of a Minas Gerais Government Program where we can work in all registered municipalities, where we are already in contact to start Pilots, attending Health, Education, Tourism and related departments, as well as Institutes that serve atypical and chronic families, as well as events such as races, trails and the like.
As a Management tool, all these contexts now include data such as medications, allergies, population and others, to formulate governance actions and care for those served.
Competitors
The main competitors are health software companies, own systems, SUS, systems adopted by Individuals (Operators), but RastreaMed is meeting them as an aggregator for continuous patient care.
Competitive differentiation
RastreaMed focuses on basic and essential patient care data, while other systems focus predominantly on clinical, financial and administrative management, electronic prescriptions and schedules. These solutions operate with fragmented data, aimed at the internal use of clinics, hospitals, or offices, without informational continuity between different services and centrality on the patient.
The RastreaMed platform also allows organizing health and treatment journeys, integrating family members and different care settings, and carrying out authorized sharing, while respecting privacy and LGPD. It seeks to reduce information fragmentation, facilitate access to relevant data, and support safer, continuous, and connected care.
Entry barrier
We build and validate based on real needs, always focusing on the main link, the data carrier, that is, the patient. With the minimum data in your hands, it was already possible to save lives, because the focus was on the essential factor that possessed “Minimum data that can save lives”.
I also consider the Legislation, as we deal with sensitive data and the public needs to be educated about the importance of knowing and using their data correctly.
Traction
As we just completed the Centelha2 MG Program (32nd place), preparing the LGPD, INPI and defining the business model with all the mentioned contexts, we decided not to enter the Market without being prepared.
We are currently negotiating with Minas Gerais City Halls, Special Care Institutes and State Entities to start operating. All under review with the Legal departments.
