Problem
We solved the security/distribution pain of companies and the security/opportunity pain of creators.
Solution
The central idea is to separate the strategy into two steps. First, we're building demand: talking to brands, understanding which creators they need, and putting those brands on the Nido trail to identify which creators actually generate results for each one. Now, the next step is to build the qualified offer: select creators who are not only interested in producing content, but who are focused on distribution, demand generation, and conversion. For this reason, Nido ceases to be just a platform that connects brands and creators and begins to create its own partner structure. These creators will have closer support, one-on-one mentoring, strategic direction, and exclusive benefits. In return, they are expected to be increasingly focused on generating results for brands and to be compensated primarily for the conversion they generate.
Business model
Our new business model is to work by conversion, ensuring that the brand has a real result and that we win on top of that guarantee. Based on projects where I have already done this strategy and the average number of leads we have made in recent days, I believe that the average ticket is $10.000 for the next three months.
Market
$250 billions.
Competitors
Content, Creators, Influence 360, buzz creators.
Competitive differentiation
In addition to being one of the only ones that will provide guaranteed conversion, another differential is the possibility of receiving in crypto and distributing it to creators on our platform in an automated way, with the possibility of the creator withdrawing in Pix.
Entry barrier
I believe that the biggest differential would be my knowledge about conversion, which will begin to be applied now; none of the competitors provide this same type of service. In addition, for now, we are the only ones that have a platform of our level that receives in crypto and is able to pay creators with Pix.
Traction
Yes, we have been operating for 10 months, but with a much greater focus on making the platform more interesting and marketable than selling the product itself. In addition, we followed another line of campaign management and specific campaigns. We moved $5478 on the platform. Our profit was +$800. We have 1104 registered creators, we did 358 payments and we have 42 registered hosts. Now, speaking of our new model, which will be by conversion: for Rapidz (Crypto Card), I created their affiliate system and added +15k users and +200k in volume in less than 3 months of operation. For the HUB, I used their referral system and placed +4k users in 1 month of operation. All focusing only on conversion.
