Problem

Those looking for automotive replacement parts, especially specific and difficult to find items, waste time consulting suppliers by phone and messages, not knowing where they are available. At the same time, auto parts want to sell more, expand their customer base and move stalled inventories, but they are not always able to give visibility to the products. Some of these suppliers do not advertise on marketplaces because of the complexity of registering and maintaining individual advertisements, with photos and descriptions. Find My Part makes it easy to include and share inventory and uses the part code as the main search reference, prioritizing nearby suppliers. Thus, we connect the demand for specific parts to the available inventories, including low-turnover items, generating sales opportunities with direct negotiation and without commission.

Solution

Find My Part gathers inventory from suppliers on a search platform by part code and location. By importing spreadsheets or integrating with management systems, we facilitate the inclusion and updating of available items, without requiring the creation of individual advertisements with photos and extensive descriptions. The buyer consults for free, identifies who owns the part and contacts the supplier directly to arrange price, payment and delivery. Suppliers pay a subscription to disclose their inventory, with no commission on sales. We serve companies and consumers looking for original and parallel pieces, focusing on specific, hard-to-find items. By giving visibility to these inventories and prioritizing nearby suppliers, we reduce the search effort and help auto parts sell more, expand their customer base, and move stationary parts. Our expansion begins with the concentration of buyers and suppliers by region and at the national level

Business model

Our model is SaaS B2B2C, with free consultations for buyers and monthly subscriptions by CNPJ for suppliers to disclose their inventories. The negotiation takes place directly between the parties, with no commission or fee on sales. For the initial projections, we adopted a monthly ticket of R$ 89 per paying provider, equivalent to the entry plan, without considering higher plans or advertising. Our goal is to achieve 360 subscribers in 36 months, representing monthly recurring revenue of R$ 32.040 and annualized from R$ 384.480. The average effective ticket will be validated with the conversion of pilots into paying customers and the distribution of subscriptions between plans.

Market

We operate in the automotive aftermarket, estimated by Grand View Research in US$ 489,5 billions globally in 2025, with a projection of US$ 643,8 Billions even 2033. In Brazil, the same study estimates US$ 37,8 billions in 2025, equivalent to 7,7% of the global market, and projects US$ 50,7 Billions even 2033. Our entry begins with the Brazilian market, connecting buyers and suppliers of original and parallel parts, with expansion due to regional concentration. The opportunity lies in giving visibility to stocks and facilitating the location of specific, hard-to-find and low-turn parts. These numbers represent the sector served; EMP's revenue potential comes from supplier subscriptions, scaled by the number of establishments we can serve and the annual price of the plans.

Competitors

Pieza Pieces and Direct Parts act with subscriptions for the location and disclosure of inventories. According to our survey, about 95% of its customers are dealerships, which concentrate their commercial focus. Find My Part seeks to serve the entire chain: consumers, auto parts, workshops, automotive centers, independent repairers, dealerships, insurance companies, fleet operators and distributors, with original and parallel parts from light and heavy lines. Peça Aí and Mercado Livre compete as online shopping channels. Compared to marketplaces, we offer simplified inventory inclusion and direct trading, with no commission on sales, with the freedom to combine price, payment, and delivery. Our template combines free consultation and subscriptions for suppliers. We prioritize the search for the code and nearby suppliers, focusing on specific, hard-to-find parts. We grew by region to help suppliers sell more, expand their customer base, and move standing inventories.

Competitive differentiation

Our differential lies in the combination of wide reach, simplicity to share inventories, and focus on specific, hard-to-find parts. We serve the entire replacement chain, including the independent market, with original and parallel parts from the light and heavy lines. Faced with marketplaces, we dispense with individual advertisements with photos and extensive descriptions: the supplier makes its stock available by spreadsheet or integration, and the buyer searches for the part code, prioritizing nearby suppliers. The consultation is free, and the revenue comes from subscriptions, with no commission on sales and with freedom of negotiation. Faced with similar platforms, our strategy is to concentrate buyers and suppliers by region, with close service and simple deployment. We combine practical knowledge of the sector with technology to also give visibility to low-turnover items, helping suppliers to sell more, expand their customer base and move standing inventories.

Entry barrier

Our barrier to entry is being built by the combination of industry knowledge, relationships with suppliers, and regional concentration of inventories and buyers. The founder's experience in the auto parts market since 1998 helps to understand customer needs, access suppliers and establish trust. The more suppliers share their inventory, the greater the chance of locating specific parts; the more buyers using the platform, the greater the incentive for suppliers to participate. This network effect, combined with integrations with management systems and the updating of inventories, tends to make the platform more useful and present in the clients' routine. A new competitor would need to build a network with equivalent availability, diversity, and relationships in each region. Our objective is to consolidate this regional base and repeat the model in the expansion.

Traction

The platform was ready about a month ago and already has five companies participating in pilot tests. We are in the initial validation phase, focusing on monitoring usage, collecting feedback, and improving the experience of buyers and suppliers. We don't have recurring paying customers yet; our next step is to convert pilots into subscriptions and expand regional membership. Our expansion strategy includes a corridor of 100 municipalities, with 7.106 parts establishments identified in the market study. The goal is to achieve 360 subscribers in 36 months, with projected monthly recurring revenue of R$ 32.040, considering the entry plan of R$ 89.
