Problem

Companies have information dispersed across systems, departments, and partners, making it difficult to identify risks, opportunities, and economically informed decisions.

This fragmentation causes waste of resources, underutilized assets, unperceived business opportunities, and decisions taken without an integrated view of their impacts.

In addition, many organizations are unable to clearly track what information supported a decision, who authorized it, and what results were actually achieved.

CX7 was created to address this problem of fragmented intelligence and business governance. Its evolution, through NEXO, also investigates how to connect resources, needs, participants, and economic interests to identify businesses that today remain stuck or unnoticed.

Solution

The CX7, developed by IA Innovation, proposes to solve the fragmentation of information and business decisions through an interoperable artificial intelligence and governance core.

The architecture brings together seven specialized intelligence (QIs), CORE.7 for analysis and decision support, Global Radar for external signals, Temporal Memory for historical analysis, and Trust/Black Box for traceability and record integrity.

The technology was designed to integrate different systems, organize evidence, identify risks, and support decisions with human oversight and authority.

Its evolution, CX7 NEXO, investigates how to relate underutilized resources, business needs, partners, and economic interests to formulate business opportunities and assess their viability.

Core components already have local technical tests. The integrated discovery of opportunities and their economic validation with real customers remain under development.

Business model

The CX7 adopts a B2B strategy, focusing on technology licensing, corporate integration, and strategic partnerships.

The business model provides for licensing agreements, compensation for implementation and integration, in addition to recurring revenues for use, support and technological evolution.

For large organizations and technology companies, we consider distribution agreements, component licensing, and business partnerships, including the possibility of acquiring the technology.

The average business ticket will still be defined through commercial validation, considering the size of the organization, the complexity of the integration, the contracted modules and the potential economic value of the application.

Our priority is to establish contracts with greater added value, with scalability and the possibility of international expansion.

Market

CX7 intends to operate in the global Decision Intelligence market, estimated at US$ 20,7 billions in 2026, with a projection of achieving US$ 53,2 Billions even 2033, according to Grand View Research.

The technology also relates to the AI governance market, estimated at US$ 308,3 Millions in 2025, with a projection of US$ 3,59 billions in 2033.

Our initial audience is companies that need to integrate information, assess risks, govern decisions, and improve the use of resources.

The future expansion of the CX7 NEXO could achieve business intelligence applications and structuring economic opportunities between organizations, a capacity still under validation.

These numbers represent related global markets, with possible overlap, and not the market share already conquered or directly accessible by the CX7.

Competitors

The main competitors and market references are Palantir (AIP/Foundry), Quantexa (Decision Intelligence), IBM (watsonx.governance), ServiceNow and Celonis.

These companies offer solutions for data integration, decision-making intelligence, governance, automation, and identification of operational opportunities.

CX7 seeks to differentiate itself by proposing an interoperable intelligence and decision-making governance core, with traceability, human authority, and temporal memory. Its NEXO evolution also investigates the discovery and structuring of economic opportunities between different participants.

This last capability is still under experimental validation.

Competitive differentiation

The proposed differential of the CX7 is to integrate decision-making intelligence, governance, and traceability into a modular, replicable architecture designed to interoperate with existing systems.

Instead of just analyzing data or automating tasks, CX7 seeks to connect external signals, business information, seven specialized analysis perspectives, temporal memory, and human authority mechanisms, preserving the evidence that underlies each decision.

Its NEXO evolution expands this vision by investigating how to identify underutilized resources, connect the interests of different companies, and structure previously unnoticed economic opportunities.

The CX7 has implemented components and local technical tests. Full integration, intelligent business discovery, and real economic outcomes are still under validation. Our difference lies in the proposed architecture and its potential for application between sectors.

Entry barrier

The main barrier to entry that CX7 seeks to build is the complexity of integrating artificial intelligence, decision-making governance, traceability, temporal memory, and human authority into an interoperable and replicable architecture.

Its core brings together seven specialized perspectives, CORE.7, Global Radar, integrity mechanisms, and verifiable records. Reproducing this integration requires reconciling different systems, evidence, permissions, decisions, and histories.

The differential also lies in the methodological knowledge applied to the structuring of decisions and economic opportunities among multiple participants.

With future business validation, the authorized history of decisions, assumptions, and results may expand contextual intelligence and create replacement costs.

The architecture has implemented and tested components, but the sustainable competitive advantage has yet to be proven commercially.

Traction

The CX7 is in a pre-commercial phase, with technical advances and institutional exposure.

From 12 From December 2025, the project has been developed by motors and, subsequently, had its components integrated and improved. Since May of 2026, we develop components of artificial intelligence, decision-making governance, traceability and information analysis, with more than 400 approved local tests, according to the project's technical reports.

The technology has already been presented in innovation and entrepreneurship environments, including participation in events in Rio de Janeiro and Santa Rita do Sapucaí. The founder also received an invitation from TOTVS to get to know the company.

We conducted experiments structuring economic opportunities and verifiable operations on Solana Devnet.

We don't yet have commercial contracts or full economic validation with real clients. Our next objective is to convert exposure and technical development into partnerships, paid pilot projects
