Problem

A large part of everyday business (credit sales, loans between individuals, services, etc.) is closed informally, generally a verbal combination, a note in the notebook, a receipt without collection force. When payment does not come, the creditor discovers that they do not have in their hands a security capable of guaranteeing their right, and recovering the credit becomes expensive, slow, or unfeasible.

BILLEASY.IA solves this problem at its source, because our artificial intelligence, specialized in Brazilian law, generates contracts, promissory notes and other credit instruments tailored to each transaction, signed electronically, with verifiable authorship and integrity and a complete audit trail. They are documents structured to have enforceable force, allowing direct judicial collection when necessary.

And the cycle doesn't end with the subscription. In the same ecosystem, the lender manages their receivables from end to end: account opening via API, integrated payment methods

Solution

We designed our ecosystem based on the question that matters most to the creditor: if the debtor doesn't pay, is my credit ready to be collected? BILLEASY.IA was born from this question and integrates, in a single flow: Formalization with legal compliance. A proprietary AI, specialized in Brazilian credit securities, generates contracts and promissory notes appropriate to each transaction, with automatic verification of the requirements of the extrajudicial enforceable instrument (art. 784 of the CPC), Signature with proof. Electronic signature identifying the signer, time stamp, integrity check, and audit trail, consolidated into an evidence report. Receipt and billing. Account, Pix, and bill through partners authorized by the Central Bank, with automated billing rules. Bridge to execution. If there is a default, the creditor receives the bond, the evidence of the signature, the collection history, and the updated debit statement, ready for filing together.

Business model

BILLEASY.IA has revenue on three fronts, which start operating sequentially: Formalization (initial revenue). The user receives, once and without renewal, a free package with a promissory note and a contract, to discover the platform. From then on, each promissory note or contract costs R$ 49,90, with system management included. For legal entities, the plans are defined by the commercial team in a personalized way, according to the need and the size of the operation.

Transactions (recurring revenue). BILLEASY.IA is remunerated by the partner payment institution, authorized by the Central Bank, on the receipt and collection transactions processed on the platform. This revenue accompanies the financial volume in circulation and grows with each client's portfolio, regardless of the issuance of new securities.

Receivables market (future revenue). Fee on each credit negotiation carried out in the environment, to be charged when the module is activated after validation

Market

Latin America is the natural path, rather than “global”. Three conditions are repeated in the region: high informality in credit, civil law tradition with executive credit securities (the promissory note has the same logic as the promissory note), and the expansion of instant payment systems inspired by the Pix. Colombia is the most recent example: Bre-B completed a year in October of 2026 With around COP 264 trillions moved and over 36 millions of customers, according to data from Banco de la República reported by the press. This type of infrastructure is what makes the receiving layer feasible outside Brazil.

Competitors

electronic signature platforms (ZapSign, Clicksign, D4Sign) collect signatures; Digital accounts and gateways (Asaas, Cora, Efí) issue charges; Credit solutions (My Credit) analyze retail credit. Infrastructures like Celcoin serve large operations

Competitive differentiation

Our differential is not in an isolated functionality, but in integrating, in a single flow, all the steps that transform an informal agreement into effectively collectible credit.

The first stage is formalization with legal compliance. Our proprietary artificial intelligence, specialized in Brazilian credit securities, generates contracts and promissory notes appropriate to each transaction and automatically verifies the extrajudicial enforceable requirements provided for in art. 784 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The document is not created just to be signed: it is meant to be executed, if necessary.

The second stage is the signature with proof. Each electronic signature generates signer identification, time stamp, integrity check, and audit trail, consolidated into an evidence report. It is this set that supports the title if the authorship is questioned.

The third stage is receipt. Account, Pix and Boleto, through partners authorized by the Central Bank

Entry barrier

Our barrier is not technology, which is replicable, but what it accumulates. Each security generated by BILLEASY.IA is born with verified legal compliance, proof of authorship of the subscription and payment through the platform, and a history of default by the debtor and successful executions. These assets are only built with time, real operation, and regional density, and the creditor's exchange cost increases with each security. The system is end-to-end: we have already developed a receivables market, not yet activated, in which the holder can advance their credit with authorized institutions, without us acquiring credits or raising funds. The activation will not require new development, only operational adjustments, and will take place after we validate the thesis of the contracts and promissory notes, based on defined criteria. Building was an architectural decision; activating will be a decision based on data. The higher the record, the lower the discount, and no entrant buys it.
