Problem

The music industry is experiencing a paradox: there has never been so much access to artists, but the relationship between musicians and fans remains superficial and under-monetized. Streaming platforms and social networks concentrate the audience, control algorithms, and capture much of the value generated by engagement. Artists amass millions of followers, but they have little autonomy to transform that attention into revenue, relationship, and intelligence based on their base. On the other hand, fans invest time, attention, and money in their idols, but they follow as passive spectators, with few opportunities for real participation. There is a lack of infrastructure that transforms an audience into a community, interaction into data, and engagement into new revenues. BeatChoice was created to resolve this economic disconnect between those who create the music and those who sustain its success.

Solution

BeatChoice is building a new engagement, data intelligence, and monetization infrastructure for the music industry. We transform fans from passive spectators into protagonists of the artistic experience, allowing them to participate in decisions, influence repertoires, and interact with their idols on and off the stage. Each interaction generates something that the industry has historically failed to capture at scale: proprietary data about preferences, behaviors, intentions, and emotional connections between fans and artists. This intelligence creates opportunities for artists, producers, and brands to get to know their audiences with unprecedented depth, personalize experiences, and make more assertive decisions. At the same time, we opened up new sources of revenue through monetized interactions, exclusive experiences, and a new highly contextualized advertising channel, connecting brands to fans in moments of high engagement. We're not just creating another platform.

Business model

BeatChoice operates a B2C2B model with three revenue sources: microtransactions, advertising, and data intelligence. At a show of 10 A thousand people, we designed 20% Conversion rate and average ticket of R$ 40 per paying fan, generating R$ 80 thousand in transactions. On a tour of 50 Shows, are R$ 4 millions moved by artist. For superstars, the potential is even greater: a stadium with 60 a thousand fans, 30% From conversion and ticket from R$ 60 Can move R$ 1,08 million in a single night. With 50 presentations, are R$ 54 millions in transactions. Advertising revenue broadens this potential, allowing brands to sponsor interactions and experiences on and off stage. A third front monetizes audience intelligence through aggregated data and behavioral analysis. Our model scales with audience size, intensity of engagement, and number of artists, converting passion into a new revenue market for the music industry.

Market

BeatChoice operates at the convergence of three global markets: music, fan economy, and digital advertising. According to Goldman Sachs, the music industry moved US$ 105 billions in 2024 and should reach approximately US$ 200 billions in 2035, considering recorded music, shows, and copyrights. IFPI points out 837 millions of paid streaming users in 2025, evidencing the global scale of the musical audience. At the same time, in the United States alone, digital advertising moved US$ 294,6 billions in 2025, according to the IAB/PwC. Our opportunity goes beyond capturing a portion of existing musical revenues: we want to create a new monetization category based on active participation, proprietary behavioral data, and contextualized advertising. BeatChoice aims to transform the relationship between artists, fans and brands into a recurring, scalable and still underexplored global market.

Competitors

BeatChoice competes in a fragmented market where different platforms explore parts of the relationship between artists and fans. Direct competitors include SongMe, StageRequest, and Setlist Request, which allow song requests, votes, and financial contributions during performances. At a broader layer, Stationhead promotes collective experiences and the monetization of musical communities, while Laylo offers relationship tools, data, and the conversion of fans into revenue. Indirectly, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube vie for the attention and engagement of that same audience. Our differential lies in transforming fan participation into monetizable interactive experiences, connecting artistic decisions, engagement, audience intelligence, and new revenues in a platform designed to scale globally.

Competitive differentiation

While competitors offer isolated voting, relationship, content, or monetization solutions, BeatChoice integrates these dimensions into a single ecosystem, with a strategic differential: transforming each interaction into proprietary intelligence about fan behavior. Social networks know what people watch; streaming platforms know what they listen to. BeatChoice reveals something much more valuable: what fans want, choose, value, and are willing to pay to experience. Our platform operates on and off shows, creating a continuous journey of engagement, data, and monetization. We combine active participation, gamification, transactional revenues, and contextualized advertising in a business model with multiple revenue sources. Therefore, our competitive advantage grows with the network itself: the more artists and fans interact, the richer the intelligence becomes and the greater the potential for monetization of the entire ecosystem.

Entry barrier

Our main barrier to entry is not in technology alone, but in the combination of proprietary data, network effects, and strategic relationships with artists and their communities. Each interaction generates information about fans' preferences, behaviors, and payment willingness, building intelligence that cannot be easily replicated. The more artists and fans participate, the greater the wealth of this data, the personalization, and the value delivered to artists, producers, and advertisers. Our entry strategy, anchored in great artists and their fan bases, accelerates this network effect and creates distribution advantages that are difficult to reproduce. With the growth of the ecosystem, historical data, predictive intelligence, and business relationships make the platform progressively more valuable and difficult to replace. A competitor can copy technology but cannot reproduce a consolidated network and the intelligence built on its interactions.

Traction

BeatChoice has already passed the conceptual phase, with developed technology, experiences performed at real shows, and more than 100 a thousand transactions processed on the platform, demonstrating its operational capacity and interaction with the public. We have also advanced in building strategic relationships with big names in the music industry, including contacts and conversations with Chitãozinho & Xororó, Carlinhos Brown, Timbalada, Ana Castela, Luan Santana and Mateus Rott. Our growth strategy is focused on connecting with wide-ranging artists capable of accelerating the adoption of the platform by millions of fans. We are structuring a coordinated entry into the market, prioritizing high-impact partnerships rather than pulverized expansion. The combination of real-world validation, transaction volume, and access to great artists represents the basis for our next phase of commercial scale.
