Problem
Vacant hours and customers who don't come back are wasted money
Solution
AgendaAI solves the problem with Fred-IA, an artificial intelligence agent that operates the schedule, financial and return of business clients by appointment (barbershops, clinics, studios, pet stores), on a single platform.
More sales: the customer schedules alone, 24 hours a day, through Instagram, WhatsApp or website. The waiting line fills vacant schedules and automatic campaigns reactivate missing customers.
More margin: reminders reduce shortages, and cash, commissions, and cost per service are calculated in real time, exchanging guesswork for decision with data. The owner stops wasting hours on WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
More convenience: the customer remarks and cancels on their own, without turning on or downloading the app. Setup takes minutes.
The pricing model lowers the barrier: free until 30 schedules/month and then R$ 0,50 for service provided, with a ceiling of R$ 99. No monthly fee or loyalty.
Business model
SaaS model with recurring billing via Stripe, without membership or loyalty, on two fronts. 1) Complete platform (schedule, CRM, campaigns, financial and FRED-IA), charged per use: up to 30 appointments/month are free of charge, of 31º onwards R$ 0,50 by appointment made (absences do not count), with a ceiling of R$ 99/month until 1.000 schedules and +R$ 0,10 by appointment above that. 2) Single financial module, for those who only want cash management, commissions and costs, by R$ 49,90/month. There is also prepayment by Pix or bank slip, and networks with more than 5.000 Schedules are negotiated separately. The expected ticket ranges from R$ 49,90 the R$ 99/month per customer, and the separate module acts as a gateway to migrate the client to the full platform.

Competitors
Trinks, Avec, Booksy, Pro Diary, Simple Agenda
Competitive differentiation
AgendaAI is an AI-first company: AI isn't an extra feature, it's the core of the product. While competitors like Trinks, Avec, Booksy, AgendaPro, and Simple Agenda focus on schedules, reminders, and campaigns, FRED-ia is a proprietary agent, built from scratch in Python with LangGraph, with guardrails, tracking of each decision and active action without hallucinations, not a generic chatbot wrapper. It schedules by audio and text on the Official WhatsApp, closes boxes and commissions, reactivates clients and also does all the onboarding, teaches how to use the platform, asks questions, receives suggestions and opens calls. There is also a white-label with its own domain, PWA, NFS-e in the service, Stripe, Mercado Pago, LGPD and redundant infrastructure with tested backup. The price is per use: free up to 30 schedules/month and ceiling of R$ 99.
Entry barrier
Our barrier is the sum of three factors that are difficult to copy quickly. 1) Deep integration: schedule, CRM, financial, commissions, product cost, and NFS-e issued in the service run on the same basis and are orchestrated by FRED-ia, the proprietary agent (Python/LangGraph, with guardrails and decision tracking), not a generic chatbot about an agenda. 2) Exchange cost and data: the more the business uses, the more customer history, recurring plans, commissions, and own domain (white-label) remain on the platform, and the more Fred learns from this data. 3) Co-design with real clients: functions such as product cost and NFS-e were born from the routine of barbershops like Compa and Warren (95% less time at the cash desk), combined with the founder's financial management experience. With R$ 0,50 by appointment and ceiling of R$ 99, competing on price alone is also not feasible.
Traction
Yes, we are in the initial traction phase, with real use and recurring revenue starting. We have 55 registered companies, with 17 New registrations in the last 30 days (about 30% from the base), operating in Brazil, Portugal and the USA. In the last month: 551 schedules made, 5.369 accesses to the platform and R$ 239 of billing, coming from paying accounts (the first revenue had been from R$ 168). Two measured cases: Compa Barbearia, with NPS 4,9/5 and +100 reviews, and Warren Barbershop, with 1.155 Schedules in 45 days and 95% less time before closing the cashier. The cost of AI was US$ 6,13 In the month, about US$ 0,01 by appointment, well below R$ 0,50 charged, which indicates a healthy margin on the scale. We prioritize validating the product with real customers before raising capital.
