21M DASHBOARD

The intelligence infrastructure for AI-powered companies.

Problem

Companies accumulate data in disconnected tools and knowledge in people. To make the operation happen, teams need to gather information, transmit patterns, and coordinate tasks manually.

This fragmentation makes it difficult to see business performance, maintain quality when the team changes, and grow without increasing operational effort by the same proportion.

It also compromises the use of AI: scattered, unknown, or contradictory information makes it difficult to identify what is correct and up to date. Without access to reliable company knowledge, AI works with an incomplete context and produces inconsistent, low-quality responses and actions.

Solution

A platform that integrates systems, organizes company knowledge, and uses AI agents to execute processes with context and monitoring of results.

We started with marketing and sales: we connected advertisements, CRM and conversations, automated service and qualification, and guided media decisions through the real advancement of the funnel. The evolution of the product extends this capacity to other business operations, with human control over relevant decisions.

Business model

B2B SaaS model with recurring subscription, with contracting by modules and expansion according to the units and operations served.

The expected initial monthly ticket is between R$ 3.000 and R$ 5.000 per contracted operation, based on the prices of the SDR IA and AI Media Manager modules. This track is a commercial premise, still under validation.

In networks, the contract value may increase with the adoption of new units and the hiring of additional functionalities. Assisted deployment can also generate one-time revenue, depending on the client's complexity.

Market

We operate in the enterprise AI platform market, connecting knowledge, systems, and agents to automate the work of companies. As a size reference, the global market for AI agents is estimated at US$ 10,9 billions in 2026, with a projection of US$ 182,9 Billions even 2033, according to Grand View Research. Our entry begins with marketing and sales in networks and businesses with complex operations, with evolution to other business areas.

Competitors

  • HubSpot: marketing, sales, and service platform, with US$ 3,13 billions of revenues in 2025.
  • Clay: marketing and sales data and automation platform, evaluated at US$ 7,1 billions, with a round of US$ 115 millions in September/2026.
  • Gumloop: business automation platform with AI agents, which captured US$ 50 millions in March/2026.

The 21M Dashboard starts with businesses with complex sales and network operations. Our differential is to connect the specific knowledge of each company to the data of its operation, allowing AI agents to execute processes with context and for real results to guide the next actions.

Competitive differentiation

Designed for networks with hundreds of units, the 21M Dashboard combines a consolidated view of the business with analysis of each operation. It allows comparing performance between units, identifying differences and opportunities for improvement, and sharing brand knowledge and standards.

AI agents and collaborators use this common context together with the information specific to each unit in an organized manner and respecting its particularities.

Entry barrier

Our barrier to entry lies in the combination of structured knowledge of each brand, integrations with its systems, and unit performance history. This base deepens as the platform participates in the operation and records the results of the actions.

Reproducing this value requires understanding network processes, integrating its tools, and validating automations in real work. Deployment in new units makes it possible to reuse this experience, creating a cumulative advantage and increasing the cost of replacing the platform.

Traction

Product in production, used by a pilot partner in a real franchise expansion operation.

In this case, we observed a reduction of 63,3% in the cost per lead and 77,7% on the cost per qualified lead, comparing 3Q2026 with 3Q2025. The results combine the use of the 21M Dashboard with marketing management.

The platform already has SDR AI, media intelligence, and integrations in place. We are in the initial phase of commercialization, still without our own revenue from SaaS subscriptions. The client expressed interest in expanding the pilot to possible others 17 portfolio brands.
